Sweating To The Oldies?

In a previous post I mention about some the great things about the military. One of them included a bunch of aerobic classes the cost $2 with childcare costing me a buck!

I went over to the gym and signed my kids up for the childcare, you have to because the slots fill up quickly! Now I have no choice, I have to get to the gym! I paid for the slots, that's the ultimate incentive. I know the childcare is only a buck, who cares if you miss one but in my head, if I didn't go that slot I took would be taken away from another parent who really wanted to be there.

The classes vary from yoga, step class and boot camp. Can't get bored, and I can't cheat.

Works for me!
