Why am I doing this now and not on January 1st? Alright. Lets take a poll. How many of you started a program on January first with all good intentions and gave up by day 4? Be honest!!!
Plus I wasn't going to give up on birthday cake!
January 7th starts my 2010 Weight Loss Challenge! I mean sure I should call it a healthy lifestyle chage and all that but in true honesty I want to lose the baby weight. I have no excuses anymore. My baby is 2!
And I want to get into a bikini!
I got a clean bill of health from my doctor ( before he left his practice). And I set up my Wii Fit program and tomorrow it's set and ready to go! Aside from my Wii Fit, I have two of Jillian Michaels workout DVDs and my Body For Life books, which I loved before I got sick!
I'll keep a weekly journal of my struggle and success. If you have started on a healthy lifestyle journey tell me about it too. What's your weakness? Do you have any tips? Workouts you love? It's always good to have a cheering squad!!

I'll be trying out one of Julianne's dvds today for the first time. I"m tired and not motivated at all, but I'll go through with it and afterwards I'll probably be happy that I did.
I don't have a huge target for weight loss but I feel pretty lousy about my self image these days. It's going to be a hard road, but I'm going to get there.
