Kiwi was established in 1906 by William Ramsay. The name 'KIWI' was a tribute to William's wife who was a native of New Zealand, home of the KIWI bird and New Zealand's national emblem.
This kit came beautifully wrapped with all the things a soldier might need to shine his boots. This is what I found in it:
Kiwi Leather Travel KitKiwi Express Clean & Shine Wipes
Kiwi Color Shine
Kiwi Express Cream Polish
Kiwi Express Shine Sponge
However since I don't shine any shoes, I've send this post to Cpl. Mayhem!!!!
Hello, It's Cpl. Mayhem, I just wanted to thank KIWI for sending us this kit. KIWI is a product I already use on my shoes and boots. The kit was packed with the great products that I trust on my boots as well as some new ones. The only product I don't use on my boots is the brown paste but Vanessa has brown boots and she was excited to finally have something to keep her boots looking great.
The cream polish and colour shines are great for quick touch ups. The polish cloths are excellent right before inspection, it gives them a nice wanted shine. I recommend it to anyone who needs to have perfectly shined shoes. The one thing I wished it would have had was a KIWI cloth, it's a personal preference to the sponges.
I'll send you back to Vanessa. Two thumbs up here.
Thank you Cpl. Mayhem. Great review!
Not only is the kit amazing, the company itself is amazing. In 2006 nearly one hundred thousand pairs of shoes were given to people in need in Africa with their Shoe Aid For Africa.
Here is the best part, Kiwi is giving away a KIWI Military Kit to a Military Wife's Mayhem reader.
