Getting Ready For Christmas

Although we still have a little while longer to wait for Cpl. Mayhem's return, I decided we were going to decorate the tree.

Hey! We need to keep busy! Time is going VERY slowly around Base Mayhem these days!

We had a blast decorating the tree. OK I lied! Ducky had a field day decorating the tree, Chicky had fun delegating where the ornaments went.

What's with the mistletoe hat Ducky's wearing? That's Cpl. Mayhem's from college.

Did I mention that the first time I ever saw Cpl. Mayhem was when he was walking down the campus halls wearing that hat looking for kisses? Yep! That's MY husband? My first words when I saw that:

"What a dork! "

Well he's my dork now! And we take photos every year now with that hat!
