Momversation Monday: What Are Your Mom Resolutions For 2012?

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!

I hope everyone had an amazing holiday season!!!

Today's Momversation is perfect for the start of the New Year with of course a Momversation twist: What are your mom resolutions for 2012.

I think for myself I'm a big tech geek. When I'm not on my laptop, I'm on my iPhone or another device and I go back and forth on them the entire day.

So my biggest resolution is to not have the electronics on while the kids are around. It is important to me that I'm focusing on them and not on what is going on online. Will I miss anything? Probably but at least on the internet I can find what I missed. I can't get that time back with my kids. 

Will I never be online? Of course not! They have school. HEHEHE!

I also resolve to be more patient with the kids as well as consistent with the kids' discipline. It's very easy for them to walk all over mom when dad is gone so I want them to know that mom means business and it's not a joke when mom is trying to discipline. This is the face I usually get:

"I think she is being serious, but it's funny to
watch her freak out!!!"
