Kate Middleton's Nudie Shots!

PLEASE!
I don't have the photos and believe me when I say I didn't see them however there have been many topics of conversation from the photos itself to the lawsuit the Royals slapped on the magazine who also just happen to be run by the same magazine that took photos of Princess Diana that tragic night in Paris.

I wanted to voice my opinion on it all because, well, it's EVERYWHERE!

Now remember they are my opinions, so please don't be mean if you plan on commenting. Everyone has an opinion and I'm willing to discuss everyone's opinions in a civil manner.

Ok, here we go!

First of all I believe the paparazzo was in the wrong when he took the photos of the Duchess. I don't care if you were a million miles from the private villa with a satellite lens! She was IN a private villa where she thought she was safe to do what many women do to avoid tan lines while tanning. She was not at a public beach or walking down Main Street, she was in the privacy and safety of her home (away from home).

I also believe that as a public figure that she should have been aware that this might happen. The paparazzi were given a huge distance of where they needed to be but with the technology in camera equipment, as it has been clearly show, even distance doesn't stop these photographers from making a buck.

I also think that it's sad this story is taking away
the Queen's Diamond Jubilee tour that
the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are on

BUT, I also think that even in the public eye people shouldn't feel that they have to be locked to their homes because of this.

The relaxed part of me also thinks that once Kate Middleton nurses a couple of kids she would appreciate these photos! If it were me I would have had them copied and framed! Believe me after two kids there is nothing good to photograph here!

On a serious note, what the royal family did suing the magazine and having the photos removed (although there have been many who just say "get over it and move on) was a smart move on the future of how the royal family is photographed. Think about after Princess Diana's death and they way the paparazzi fight for the dollar signs of these photos it has gotten out of hand!
Once Prince William and Kate have a child I know all hell would break lose! I would be scared silly if I were in their shoes, to be worried that a paparazzo might climb up the drain pipes to take the first photo of the baby. Or having to run away from them because they can't go for a walk or play in the park.

So that's opinion on this topic! What's yours?! Leave a message and tell me what you think!

I agree with you that they totally invaded her privacy. Donald Trump said Kate should have known it would happen...but at the same time nobody is getting a crazy lense into his house trying to get pictures of his half naked (God forbid!). The paparazzi are vultures and I'm glad the Royal Family sued. Puts them in their place and know they can't get away with being assholes! Also agree that I would love some prenursing boob photos. What's left aint pretty, haha

Agree. It's not like she was in public, I don't think it should count as such if you need a crazy angle and high powered lens to see them! I have to say, though, if I was topless in my backyard, I don't think I would get the same 26 page spread.... ;)
